Louver exhibitions that included these two renowned British artists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shown in 1979, \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lalouver.com\/html\/exhibition.cfm?tExhibition_id=51\">This Knot of Life<\/a>\u201d was a two-part exhibition that featured works by both Hockney and Freud as well as fellow British artists Frank Auerbach, Francis Bacon, Peter Blake, William Coldstream, Howard Hodgkin, R.B. Kitaj, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lalouver.com\/html\/kossoff.html\">Leon Kossoff<\/a> and Euan Uglow.
