The artist aimed to portray the very innermost depths of the car. The result was an automobile whose contents were thoroughly turned out to the viewer. The more observant will notice the stylised suction vent on the bonnet and the contours of a driver on the door. (Via&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bmwartcarcollection.com\/2011\/05\/14-david-hockney-bmw-art-car\/\">BMW Art Collection<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In correlation with the London 2012 Olympic Festival, the Hockney car will be displayed in the exhibition&nbsp;<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ica.org.uk\/artdrive\">ARTDRIVE!<\/a><\/em>, c<span class=\"Apple-style-span\">oordinated by the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA).
