Inspiration comes in all sizes, and in this case larger-than-life. Fifth grade students from the American International School of Guangzhou made (quite skillfully so) their own mini interpretations of Joel Shapiro’s monumental sculpture at the US Consulate in Guangzhou – using nothing more than recycled materials and of course, brilliant blue paint!
