FALL PREVIEW - Here’s a detail of a Alison Saar’s new drawing Pearly Study, which will be on view in her upcoming L.A. Louver exhibition opening this fall.

This work belongs to her sugar sack shroud series, featuring drawings made directly on found sugar sacks that are worn down from use, and still bear traces of their original labeling.
