Australian artist Grant Stevens’ immersive video installation “Supermassive” is coming to the City Gallery Wellington in New Zealand in June 2014. First shown at L.A. Louver in 2013 as part of our Rogue Wave International Projects program, the four-channel video installation is projected on four surrounding walls and features moving text clusters that slowly come into view. Each word “cloud” reflects information sourced online on topics ranging from common prescription drugs to health foods, and is meant to mimic how one might maneuver through the profuse accessibility of online information.
