Lawrence Carroll is the subject of a comprehensive retrospective at MAMbo (Museo d'Arte Moderna di Bologna), featuring nearly 60 works, spanning over 30 years of his artistic career. Titled Ghost House, the installations are “built on memory” - in that paintings from various periods are presented together, without chronological adherence, to create an environment where relationships and narratives can be expressed collectively through the individual works.
