David Hockney: Painting and Photography has just opened at Annely Juda Fine Art in London (on view through June 27, 2015). Organized in collaboration with L.A. Louver, the exhibition will travel here this summer (July 15 - September 19. 2015). 

As Hockney has stated, “Photography came out of painting…and is now going back to it.” On view will be photographic works, studio interiors and figurative paintings, in which the artist has evolved his continued exploration of multi-point perspective. We are thrilled to be presenting this innovative body of work, and are very grateful to the artist and his studio for making this possible. A fully illustrated catalogue, designed by David Hockney, has been published on the occasion of this groundbreaking exhibition.
