The Toledo Art Museum in Ohio has acquired David Hockney’s A Bigger Card Players, which is now on display at the museum. We couldn’t have installed it better ourselves!

“Everything in the
photograph is taken very close. Each photograph has a vanishing point,
so instead of just one I get many vanishing points,” says Hockney. “It is
this that gives them an almost 3D effect without the glasses. I think this
opens up photography into something new.” - David Hockney

This work, which Hockney refers to as a “photographic drawing,” was previously on view at L.A. Louver in July 2015. Click here to see more images from the exhibition.
