Peter Shelton is something of a youngster, as Pacific Standard oldTimers go, but his considerable accomplishment does date back to the mid-1970s, so this survey comes in under the PST wire. And, while Shelton’s exhibitions of new bodies of work are always occasions for discovery and amusement, this gathering of sculpture and drawings from different periods proves especially lively in its variety.
