Congratulations to Michael C. McMillen for being awarded a 2012 Artist Fellowship from the Santa Monica Cultural Affairs Division. Among the nominated artists this year, both Michael C. McMillen and David McDonald received awards, and Project Fellowships were awarded to Cynthia Ling Lee, John Humble and Eileen Cowin.
