Gajin Fujita has been commissioned by the Navy Pier in Chicago to create a 15 x 120 ft. mural for BIG ART, a free outdoor art exhibition (June 18 - November 4, 2012). 

“It’s an opportunity to display public art and expand the whole idea of what you can put outdoors,” said BIGart curator Dave Hickey. source
