Commissioned by the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport, Terry Allen’s colossal sculpture “WISH,” 2005, welcomes visitors to pass under a 30 ft. (9 m.) high bronze wishbone as they line up for security. Slightly titled and mounted on one side, conveys the idea of pulling a wishbone and making a wish.
