This Day in Gallery History: 1995

23 Oct 2012

Michael C. McMillen’s artwork can be defined as broadly as his titles: sculptor, installation artist, printmaker and cultural anthropologist. We are continuously mesmerized by his limitless approach, and the works in his 1995 exhibition at L.A. Louver “Imperfect Objects” display his expansive imagination - where he transformed our Skyroom into an “Observation Post.”

If you happen to be in the Los Angeles area, be sure to check out McMillen’s work in the exhibition “PAGES,” at the Williamson Gallery, Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, currently on view through January 13, 2013.
