This is the absolute last week to see Jason Martin’s monochromatic abstract paintings at L.A. Louver. “Serendipitia” is on view through Saturday, November 9th.

The painting featured above is an example of one of the works in the show. Titled “Keats,” the rich saturation of this painting is a result of the intense application of pure pigment on velvet.
