Included are works by Frederick Hammersley, Joel Shapiro, Ken Price, William Wiley, Ed Moses, as well as this stunning painting (featured above) by William Brice. Created in 2007, this painting was the last completed work Brice produced before his death.

When Collecting Becomes a Collection - Sharing the Gifts of Wilfred David Fletcher with the Community, will be on exhibition at the Long Beach Museum of Art through January 26, 2014.
